How long does it take for Monti Mirrors to ship orders?

How can I pay for a purchase in the online store?

To pay for your purchase, use one of the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal, Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, or Luminor internet bank.

How soon can I receive my order?

We check your order on the next business day after ordering and send them via Latvijas Pasts Courrier as soon as we get them from our workshop.

What should I do if my payment is not accepted?

In cases where the payment has been rejected for unknown reasons, we recommend trying another payment method, but if it is not available, please contact us by e-mail at info@montimirrors.com. In addition, payment may not be accepted in cases where incorrect payment information is entered, or insufficient funds are in the account to make the payment.

Can I cancel my order?

Is it possible to replace the mirror if it is accidentally broken?

Yes, and the mirror itself will not shatter, but will stay with the protective film attached to the back of the mirror.

Is it possible to create a personalized design mirror?

Not at the moment, but in the future there may be such an option.

Where do you ship out to?

We ship with Latvian Post office and DPD courrier. The delivery price for orders under EUR 70 is 5.99 EUR. For more information check our delivery polcy here.
